With a college education in Business Management (Marketing) and Information Technology, I have offered my talents in a broad range of industries, contributing to over 25 years in sales experience.

I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent in St. John's since 2003 and have completed hundreds of Real Estate transactions in Residential, Commercial, and Land Purchase.

My construction company, Gibraltar Development Limited, has been awarded Builder of the Year Award (Multi-Unit) for five years since 2003 and Renovator of the Year (over $25,000) by the Canadian Home Builders Association - Eastern Newfoundland. I have constructed several subdivisions, over 150 homes, renovations, construction of office and an apartment buildings, and multiple condominium buildings.

My commitment is to provide my sales, marketing and construction experience to my clients, either buying, selling or constructing property.
